UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER. WORK BETTER TOGETHER.

A practical DISC workshop that gives your team a shared language for communication, conflict and trust.

People can care about the same mission and still frustrate one another. Different ways of deciding, communicating and responding under pressure can create tension that no one quite knows how to name.

DISC makes those patterns visible without making anyone the problem. Jeremiah helps your team understand how each person is wired and turn that insight into practical ways of working together.

A workshop built around your actual team

Not a generic personality presentation.

Everyone completes the DISC assessment before the session. Together, you work through your team map, identify the style tensions costing you time and trust, and talk honestly about what each person needs to do their best work.

Each participant finishes with a working agreement that names how they will apply what they learned.

Choose a half-day (3-hour) or full-day (6-hour) workshop for leadership teams, staff teams, boards and volunteer teams of 4 to 25 people.
