Before Zaretsky Coaching, Jeremiah spent more than twenty years in pastoral leadership, care and discipleship. He served as a pastor of family ministries, a pastor of care and discipleship, and a ministry branch leader, and spent years as a touring worship leader.
That work shaped his conviction that people grow best when someone takes the time to understand how they are wired, and then walks with them toward the next step.
I now bring that same care and insight to his work as:
A Certified DISC Coach, helping individuals understand their natural style and how to work with others.
A Leadership Coach, walking one-to-one with leaders who want to communicate clearly and lead with less friction.
A Team Facilitator, guiding staff, ministry and volunteer teams through the DISC team map to stronger trust and clearer working agreements.
What Zaretsky Coaching Stands For
Jeremiah Zaretsky has spent more than twenty years in pastoral leadership, care and discipleship. He has led teams, mentored leaders, and walked with hundreds of people through the hardest and best seasons of their lives.
He is a certified DISC coach and is completing his professional coaching certification. Zaretsky Coaching is the work he and his wife Hannah have built together: helping people understand who they are, and helping teams work together on purpose.
